Property description
The detached holiday villa can sleep up to 13 people in 5/6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 4 living rooms. The villa is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard and has a delightful fenced private pool and is surrounded by gardens. We have put particular emphasis on children’s needs with many games including a PlayStation 3, table tennis and table football, pool accessories and an activity centre. There is a cot, bed-rails, baby alarm, a food blender and a microwave steriliser.
The self-catering holiday villa is 45 minutes from Dalaman Airport, 20 minutes from Calis Beach and 30 minutes from Olu Deniz and Fethiye Town. The villa is close to Uzumlu village with shops, restaurants, wine bars and a thriving Friday market. Above the village is the ancient Roman/Lycian city of Cadianda which can be reached in 15 minutes and is well worth a visit to see the amazing archaeology.

How to Get There?
Fly into Dalaman Airport and we can arrange either transfers to the Villa or arrange for a hire car to meet you. The Villa is 50km from the Airport and the journey takes about 45 minutes. All 2 week bookings include free return transfers from Dalaman Airport.

The rates are for the whole villa with up to 5 people and there are no extra charges. Additional people, up to a total of 13, are charged at £6 per person per day.
Rental details / conditions
For two week bookings we provide free return transfers from Dalaman Airport.
Cheap weekly rental for a car from £120 and a minibus from £225.
Transfers from Dalaman Airport by car from £40 and minibus from £60 each way.
To book return a Booking Form with a 25% deposit and then pay the balance 8 weeks before arrival. Pay by cheque or bank transfer or use a secure PayPal portal to pay by Credit Card.
A damage deposit of £200 is required and is then repaid 7 days after your return.
The rental start day and arrival and departure times and also length of stay are flexible and only depend upon other bookings.
Welcome Packs are supplied and include short-term essentials.
A weekly clean is included with fresh bed linen and towels and the pool and gardens are maintained regularly.
The villa has wi-fi internet and we provide a large number of children’s essential items.
Our agent will contact you and can arrange tours and excursions.
The rates are for renting the whole villa with up to 5 people and there are no extra charges.
Additional people, up to a total of 13, are charged at £5/day in High Season.
The price includes Electricity, Water, Gas and Cleaning Costs.

Region description
Fethiye is 17km from the vacation villa and you can either use the Dolmus minibuses or it’s an easy 25 minute drive to a bustling port with lots to offer. By the harbour you can walk along the promenade past the tour boats or relax in the many bars and tea-houses. In the Old Town (Paspatur) there are many shops offering quality leather goods, carpets and designer clothes and the Turkish bath (Haman) is a must!
There are many good restaurants and an excellent food market with meat and fish at very low prices and also three major supermarkets as well as the famous Fethiye Tuesday Market. Fethiye is steeped in history and near the harbour you can see Lycian Tombs cut out of the mountainside above a Roman amphitheatre.
Calis Beach is an easy 20 minute drive from the holiday villas with a 5km shingle beach, many bars, restaurants, a go-kart track and a water park. Olu Deniz, lively Hisaronu and Kaya Koy ghost village are all a short distance from Fethiye. You must see the many para-gliders at Olu Deniz and also visit the Blue Lagoon with its secluded sandy beaches.
Hisaronu has many night clubs, restaurants and tourist shops and Kaya Koy is a ghost village that was deserted after the population exchanges – read Birds Without Wings by Louis De Bernieres. Patara Beach is one hour away with a 20km sandy beach, many Lycian tombs and recently excavated Roman ruins and slightly further on is picturesque Kalkan town. In the other direction, towards Dalaman, is Gocek which is a lovely village with a large marina and on the way visit the isolated beach at Katranci.
