Holiday by the sea
The main town of Imperia is a short drive away and here you can take in the general atmosphere of Liguria with its fishing ports and street markets and of course the extremely good 'ice cream' parlours.
Civezza is surrounded by olive groves and there is plenty of local olive oil on sale not to mention locally grown fruit and vegetables on sale in the village shops. Civezza, is small picturesque village in the hills overlooking Imperia. Civezza offers its visitors plenty of recreation with its bar, ristoranti and small shops. It is also ideally suited for those who like to take long walks in the countryside.
There really is something for everyone within this enchanting region of Liguria. There is a beach for all tastes within only a short drive. Closest is San Lorenzo (4km).
Description of the surrounding area
24 kilometres of pleasure, from San Lorenzo al Mare to San Remo in contact with nature.
A charming walking and cycle track all along the sea front built on the line of a disused railway line which runs for, almost the entire length of the coast, from San Lorenzo al Mare to San Remo. The 24 kilometres breathtaking stretch provides access to five kilometres of previously unreachable beaches. The path is a cyclist’s dream: flat and wide, surrounded by trees and flowers, it is perfect for families and for experienced cyclists.
