The apartment is self-catering and offers two sunny bedrooms - one with double bed and the other one with one double and one single bed; linen and towels are provided. Available is a large, air-conditioned open-plan living room with equipped kitchen – oven, hot plates, small fridge with freezer, washing machine; all needed pottery and cutlery; dining area with table and four chairs; sitting area with comfortable sofa-bed where two more persons can sleep, stools and coffee table. The apartment is connected to a satellite TV. Living-room is leading to a small terrace with a view to the pools and partial sea view. A modern bathroom with a shower serviced the apartment.

The flat is located on the Northern Black Sea coast, on the pretty yacht port of Kavarna. All guests can take the advantage of the two outdoor swimming pools - one for children and one for adults; sun-beds and umbrellas are available around the pools; nice children playground and parking. Complex Kavarna Hills is located only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, and very close to the town bars, restaurants, discotheque and shops. The town center is 5 min drive away /3 km/.|

Description of the surrounding area
Kavarna is a small port town which has a broad outlet on the Black Sea to the Eastern and Southern sides. The Municipality of Kavarna is situated in the most eastern part of the Dunabian Plain and belongs to the Dobrudzha littoral. The relief is plain to plain-hilly. More than 75% of the municipal territory is fertile cultivated areas.
The picturesque Kavarna coast is 42 km long. The total of its beaches is 74 000 sq.m.
The underground waters are abundant, especially the mineral ones. In the bowels of the earth there are deposits of black coals, natural gas and others.
The potential of Kavarna Municipality for modern sea tourism development is great. There are excellent conditions for its combination with culture and exploiting, hunting, country and eco tourism. The building of the up-to-date infra-structure and the development of alternative forms of tourism attract the investor’s interest towards the tourist business.
Kavarna is one of the ancient towns on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. First it was situated nearer to the sea but after an earthquake in I c. B.C. the old town Byzone has been partly covered by the sea and later, in Roman times, it was rebuilt in a new place, 3 km inland. During the times of the First and Second Bulgarian Kingdom it was the administrative centre of Dobrudja.
Places of special interest to environmentalists are the reserve areas of Yailata, Chirakman historic site, Bolata, Dalboka, Roussalka, The White Lagoon and Kalyakra itself. They are famous for steppe and endemic vegetation, birds and animals. These are also main tourist centers nearby.
Kavarna is the new Bulgarian Mecca of rock music. Just in the summer of 2005 in the small sea side town 12 world-famous rock bands played on the local stadium. Rock stars as “Uriah Heep”, “Nazareth”, “Saxon”, “Rainbow”, “Black Sabbath”, “Deep Purple” and many others brought together over 7000 fans of rock music.
This year we vacationed in the town of Kavarna in a luxury complex "Kavarna Hills." This is a great hotel, clean and well maintained with good location. The hotel features apartment-suites with balconies. All are air-conditioned and well equipped. You can make unlimited use of two outdoor swimming pools, which are kept clean. Dla malych dzieci jest tez plac zabaw. Kompleks posiada podziemny parking, ktory jest strzezony. We were delighted with the form of the garage on the grounds that by choosing to take a trip were getting to a cooled car to visit near Balchik, Cape Kaliakra, Aladzha Monastery.
The complex is the center of Kavarna 15 minutes walk. Near the hotel are shops mini market, in a well-stocked supermarket, a small marketplace with fresh fruit and more. On the beach there are small, nice restaurants where you can spend the evening with live music, eating the good, tasty Bulgarian cuisine. Prices in Kavarna compared to the well-known
resorts are very competitive. A little worse was the purity of the beach (not cleaned seaweed). The beach is a little small, crowded and unpleasant but can be found around almost wild beaches where you can relax in peace. We used the beach in the village of Topola. We recommend this place because of Kavarna is a city where you can relax from the hustle and bustle of major tourist centers.
We have enjoyed our stay in Kavarna Hills complex for its very good accommodation, tranquility and fresh air. The fifteen minutes walking distance to the seaside was not an inconvenient for us, and we appreciated the small beach with calm sea and picturesque harbor. The local restaurants offer pretty good choices for very good meals savored during dinners on the seaside. It is worth mentioning the proximity to the Rusalka beach, the golf resort and Dalboka oysters farm. At last, but not least, I will like to highlight the outstanding support of your agent in Kavarna.
